Inviting invitations

Invitations. They offerthe perfect opportunity to kick off your whole wedding with something truly beautiful. You can wow your guests before they even arrive. So why would you settle for anything ordinary?

At Sun Pennies, we specialise in gorgeous stationery – and we mean gorgeous. All our designs are hand painted, by us; every card is printed on heavy, luxurious board. You can commission an original painting of your own (a portrait of your church or wedding venue, perhaps, or a flower from your bouquet) or you can choose an image from our gallery.

We can create anything from just an invitation to a whole set of stationery – from reply cards to place cards, from orders of service to thank you cards.

Just as importantly, we won't charge you an arm and a leg. Our prices are no more expensive than many other quality stationers, and a great deal less than some. Gorgeous and great value… now there's something worth talking about!

First wedding fair in 2012

We're kicking off the New Year with our first wedding fair of the season at the Regent Hotel in Leamington Spa on Sunday 29th January. Come and have a chat with us over a glass of bubbly.

Leamington Spa Town Hall Wedding Fair

At the end of October we exhibited at the Leamington Spa Town Hall Wedding Fair. This was the second wedding fair to be held there this year. Although the turnout was slightly less than we had anticipated, clearly reflecting the end of the season, we thoroughly enjoyed it and it was a great opportunity to meet some new suppliers from the area.

We ran a free prize draw at the wedding fair for a chance to win a bottle of champagne. The lucky winner was Heidi from Kenilworth – congratulations Heidi!

UKAWP Mix and Mingle Event

Back in October this year, we attended the annual UKAWP Mix and Mingle Event, which was held for the first time outside London at the stunning Hampton Manor near Solihull. Several Wedding Planners from across the Midlands met for an informal evening with lots of chatting, networking and sharing of ideas over a nice glass of champagne and some delicious canapés.

We received fantastic hospitality with James the Manager providing us with a grand tour of the wedding venue, from the conservatory to the main country house, plus some stunning bedroom suites one of which was complete with its own Jacuzzi! Brides we thoroughly recommend a trip to Hampton Manor (www.hamptonmanor.eu) this truly is a stunning wedding venue. James’ wife is also a photographer who showed us some samples of her work.
